"None of the major hospitals in Sydney have their own on-site country patient accommodation anymore. All of them say there really isn't the need but, funnily enough, country people still sleep in cars or sell their homes so they can afford to be in Sydney to get essential medical care that they absolutely cannot get in their home town."
