Ashfield Council tonight unanimously rejected a recommendation from a Code of Conduct reviewer to censure Ashfield Greens Mayor Lyall Kennedy for

Ashfield Greens Mayor Lyall Kennedy said:
"A majority of councillors tonight took the common sense view that elected
representatives need to be able to speak up in the interest of residents.
